Our houses are a 10-minute walk from the center of Vila da Madalena, where you can enjoy cafes, restaurants, shops, cultural events, nightlife and leisure activities such as whale watching, diving, dolphins and other marine species.

At Vivenda Oliveira, guests can prepare their own meals in the fully equipped kitchens in all apartments.In addition, guests can visit Madalena for local cuisine, shopping or drinks at the bars.

Pico Airport is an 11-minute drive away. The lava tube called Gruta das Torres and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Lajido Vineyards are a 10-minute drive away. Pico Mountain is a 22-minute drive from Vivenda Oliveira.
